Training is one of the most important strategic resources. Often not considered, sometimes misunderstood, in other cases simple training. Training people for us means to build a shared location, bring out and enhance existing resources, to experiment with new tools, to learn how to learn. To achieve this we urge participants not only in their cognitive component, rational, but also the emotional and sensory. We propose a holistic approach to training.

The laboratory experience

Our method includes an experiential training and workshops. These are the places of experience, learning, development and active knowledge. Places to know ourselves, to gain experience in communicating, learning how to create. Unlike the traditional trainings where often information and data are transmitted predominantly cognitively, the laboratory is a place where all participants together with their trainer learn to learn throughout personal experience, collective confrontation and feed-back.

Our training courses are tailored to the customer which cannot be found in catalog or standard offerings. For us the customer is unique, as well as its needs and the proposal is built in collaboration.
