Training is one of the most important strategic resources. Often not considered, sometimes misunderstood, in other cases simple training. Training people for us means to build a shared location, bring out and enhance existing resources, to experiment with new tools, to learn how to learn. To achieve this we urge participants not only in their cognitive component, rational, but also the emotional and sensory. We propose a holistic approach to training.

Unlike traditional training courses where cognitive information is often conveyed, workshops become the place where participants, together with the coach, learn to learn through personal experience, collective discussion, and feedback.
